Grow Your Roofing Business

Engineerfollowers Roofing is a referral service. We do not hire roofers as employees. Instead, we connect independent contractors with homeowners who are looking for a new roof. If you run your own roofing business and want more qualified conversations, this page is for you.

The Kind of Calls You Can Expect

Our focus is homeowners planning a new roof or full replacement. These are first-time buyers in many cases. They often arrive with questions, photos and a roof that is simply worn out. Small patch jobs are not the focus, so this network suits contractors who want replacement work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want local roofing contractors who:

• Operate their own business in California and serve homes in or near the Woodside area.
• Install asphalt shingle, tile, metal or flat roofs, and can explain the options in plain words.
• Work on the older bungalows, stucco ranch homes and tract houses common in the region.
• Can handle hail and storm-related replacement when a roof is past repair.

What We Expect

Providers in the network agree to a few simple standards:

• Hold every license, bond and insurance policy your state requires, and show proof on request.
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and answer questions without pressure.
• Give written quotes that list scope, materials, price and payment terms.
• Describe your own availability honestly. Never promise what you cannot deliver.
• Pull permits and clean up the job site.

You remain an independent business. You set your own prices, choose your own jobs and employ your own crew.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@engineerfollowers.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve.
• The roof types you install.
• Your license and insurance details.
• A few photos of finished work, if you have them.

We review each note and reply with next steps. Not every applicant is a fit for every area.
