How to Raise a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Engineerfollowers Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

• Your experience calling or contacting Engineerfollowers Roofing
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, your first move is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Engineerfollowers Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@engineerfollowers.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
